As a mama of 2 young boys – I have not been able to take the time to take care of my health. I contacted Ali about 8 months ago, because I was frustrated that I had lost all my energy and strength. From barely being able to use the elliptical for 8 minutes with no resistance/incline to now being able to use it for 45 minutes with resistance/incline along with strength training 3x a week! I see differences in my health daily!  Ali is so much fun, very flexible with timings, and goes above and beyond to help me reach my goals. Thank you for helping me!

I have been struggling with my weight and finding motivation to work out ever since I had my daughter almost 9 years ago.  I tried all sorts of work out plans and diets, but nothing really stuck because it was not going to work with my life style. I suffered many setbacks with knee and lower back issues which basically depleted any motivation I had. Then COVID hit and with that came more stress and more weight.  This is when I made the best decision to start working out with Ali. She creates each workout just for you and your goals. If something doesn’t work she is always willing to add different exercises or give you some options which is awesome! Ali also holds you accountable, but with a complete understanding that life can get in the way sometimes! This whole experience started out as a means of getting myself back into shape with a routine, but it has helped me be more confident in myself and my body. Ali is not only my coach and trainer; she has become a good friend which makes this experience 100 times better.

This is my mindset. I can’t believe how much my mind has grown just since meeting you and having you teach classes at my studio. I have been teaching Dance Fit divas and classes for the longest time and I’ve always attracted the same type of woman. The woman that’s afraid to go to the gym because of the fact that she’s not loving the skin that she’s in or she’s embarrassed about what she looks like when she’s working out or she’s comfortable with her cardio the way it is because she’s not ready to take it to the next level. And I am OK with that my heart is there I will always love on those women however I want to attract all kinds of women. The woman that’s a kick ass woman who is fit and wants a kick ass workout. My business will never grow or attract all types of women if I don’t grow myself. Training with you has allowed for me to grow mentally and physically! Thank you!

Ali is a very knowledgeable and talented personal trainer.  She took the time to get to know me and the kind of exercise I had been doing, so she could develop a specific program tailored to my needs.  Ali made the workouts varied and interesting each week, so I would never be bored with one routine.  Ali always checked in with me throughout the week-keeping me accountable for my workouts! Lastly, Ali lives what she teaches. She is a person who strives to be her best and wants others to find their best selves, too
